  To whome it may concern... As you see covit19 have been captured humankind in worldwide. All government, global companies and also humankind be astonished from the matter and helpless . Nobody know that actually, what they must be do. Because, humankind never see as such as this event before. Also, according to WHO we will be see similarly epidemics happened near or far future. Therefore radically changing must be about of state administration, life style, tourism and pandemic management in the Worldwide. Before than everything, I must pointed out that.
