CORONAVIRUS and AFTER

As you see covit19 have been captured humankind in worldwide. All government, global companies and also humankind be astonished from the matter and helpless . Nobody know that actually, what they must be do. Because, humankind never see as such as this event before. Also, according to WHO we will be see similarly epidemics happened near or far future.

Therefore radically changing must be about of state administration, life style, tourism and pandemic management in the Worldwide.

Before than everything, I must pointed out that. I m not a scientist either a medical doctor. But I m in the tourism sector more than 35 years. Herewith I want to share my opinion with you according to my experience and my knowledge. From my point of view, the main problem in this trouble is human transportation between countries either cities.

- As I 've pointed out above human transport play to much role in the epidemic. The Reliability is with the sign of medical problem important. Therefore used test kit at the pandemic must be have under the control of WHO for reliability. Countries in the worldwide must be used test kit only having certification from WHO. Countries that are found to be epidemic, if they do not use test kits approved by WHO. Borders should be closed for travel. May some countries would be financial problems to be have. But,World Bank financial capacity would be  available according to their benefits.

- Epidemic test kit should be designed by WHO and distributed to all ountries with coding. Transparency play too much role at the epidemic. Countries should report the number of test adminstered and number of positive cases, patients and carriers to the WHO daily. Thusly, WHO can make decisions as they will see the cours of the epidemic worldwide.

- The negative PCR certificate, which used by the World Health Organization in the pandemic should be requested from the passengers at airports. Passengers who do not have negative PCR certificate should not be taken on board strictly. Otherwise, the aircraft company should be responsible for problems that may arise. Also the same control must be done by the passport control at the arriving destination.

In domestic travels during the pandemic, the above principles can be applied in accordance with the state's working system.
